Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–4 business days.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 5–6 business days.
SwishFashionHub is not responsible for packages once delivered by the courier partner.
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchange window: Within 3 days of delivery
- No cash refunds — all sales are final
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Special or custom orders are not eligible for exchange
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with tags and invoice
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos and an unboxing video.
Gift Orders
Gifted items are eligible for store credit only, with valid proof of purchase.
Warranty
Products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
